Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 12.12.2025 • Legal entity: Global Talent Group LLC (doing business as TrustyRecruit),(“we,” “us” or “our”).
1) Acceptance of Terms
By engaging TrustyRecruit for recruiting or related services, or by signing a proposal, order form, or master service agreement (“MSA”), you (“Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions, any referenced documents, and any mutually executed statements of work (“SOW”). If there is a conflict, a signed MSA/SOW governs.
2) Services & Scope
We provide fixed-fee recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and related advisory services for roles agreed in writing. Exact deliverables, timelines, SLAs, and fees are defined in a proposal or SOW.
- Fixed Fee Transparent, per-hire pricing by seniority band.
- Shortlists 3–5 qualified candidates targeted per role.
- Reporting Weekly updates on funnel, market feedback, and next steps.
3) Engagement Model & SLAs
Standard SLA (per role): shortlist of 3–5 candidates within 15 business days from an approved brief (or as specified in SOW). Time-to-fill varies by role complexity and client responsiveness.
Queueing: When multiple roles are engaged, each additional role may begin after the prior shortlist is delivered, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4) Fees, Milestones & Payment
Our fixed-fee model replaces percentage-of-salary commissions. Unless stated otherwise in a signed SOW, fees and payment timing follow the milestone schedule below.

- Bulk Discount: 10% off the total when contracting for two or more roles simultaneously (applied on M3 unless otherwise agreed).
- Complexity Premium: +15% for hard-to-fill roles (e.g., niche stacks, relocation, executive/urgent). Applied if agreed in advance.
- Minimum Fee Floor: For very low compensation markets ($20–30k/year), a minimum fee of $7,500 applies to maintain search quality.
- Late Payments: Overdue amounts may incur the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. We may pause work for unpaid invoices.
5) Refunds & Credits
5.1 Client Cancels Before Shortlist (post-Kickoff): If the Client cancels a role after M1 but before shortlist delivery, we will:
- Retain M1 to cover research & sourcing already performed,
- Refund any amounts paid beyond M1, or convert them to credit usable within 6 months.
5.2 No Suitable Shortlist Delivered: If we fail to deliver a shortlist within the agreed window (and after a mutually agreed remedy window), Client may:
- Receive a refund of M2 if pre-paid, or
- Receive a full credit of M1+M2 toward another role (valid 6 months).
5.3 Candidate Withdrawal Before Start: If the selected candidate withdraws prior to start through no fault of Client, we will re-activate the search at no additional fee and prioritize replacement. If Client elects to stop the search entirely, M3 is not invoiced; paid amounts for M1+M2 are non-refundable but may be credited toward a new role.
5.4 Refund Exclusions: No refunds or credits apply where delays or failures are caused by Client actions or conditions, including but not limited to:
- Paused roles, shifting requirements, or compensation not competitive with market,
- Slow feedback or interview scheduling (>5 business days average),
- Hiring freezes or budget withdrawals.
6) Replacement & Guarantee
90-Day Replacement Window: If the hired candidate’s employment ends within 90 calendar days of start, we will relaunch the search at no additional fee and prioritize the replacement within 48 hours of notification.
- One replacement per original hire; excludes layoffs, role eliminations, or Client breaches.
- If Client elects not to replace, no refund is due.
7) Client Obligations
- Provide accurate role briefs, compensation ranges, and decision criteria.
- Give timely feedback (target within 2–3 business days) and maintain interview velocity.
- Inform us promptly of offers, acceptances, or changes in role scope/budget.
- Not directly solicit or hire presented candidates outside this agreement for 12 months without paying the agreed fee.
8) Candidate Data & Compliance
We handle candidate data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Client agrees to handle any candidate data we share with equal care and solely for hiring evaluation. Client will post any legally required notices and secure consent where applicable (e.g., US, UK, EU).
9) Confidentiality & Non-Solicitation
Both parties will keep confidential information strictly confidential and use it only to perform under this agreement. Neither party will solicit the other’s employees directly for the term of the engagement and 12 months thereafter, except via public postings.
10) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee a particular hiring outcome. Except for willful misconduct or amounts owed for services rendered, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability under this agreement will not exceed the fees paid by Client for the specific role giving rise to the claim.
11) Term, Suspension & Termination
These Terms commence upon acceptance and continue through final invoice for active roles. Either party may terminate for material breach after 10 business days’ written notice and opportunity to cure. We may suspend work for unpaid invoices.
12) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version effective when you sign an SOW or place an order applies to that engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflicts principles. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Wyoming, United States of America. Before filing, parties will attempt to resolve disputes via executive-level discussion in good faith for at least 10 business days.
