Terms governing our website and services

By accessing our website or client portal you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

We provide recruitment services including executive search, technical and product recruitment, embedded recruitment, and talent intelligence. Website content describing these services is for information and does not constitute an offer.

We do not charge anything upfront. Fees for a placement are invoiced across the replacement guarantee period, in the split agreed in writing before the search begins.

If a placed candidate leaves or is dismissed for performance within 90 days of their start date, we will run a replacement search at no additional fee, provided all invoices raised to date have been paid.

The guarantee does not apply where the role is materially changed after the placement, where redundancy occurs, or where payment terms have not been met.

To run a search effectively we ask that you provide accurate role information, respond to shortlists within a reasonable period, and inform us promptly if you hire a candidate we introduced.

Portal accounts are issued to named individuals at your organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably suspect misuse.

All content on our website and in the client portal, including scorecards, market maps and reports, remains our intellectual property. You may use deliverables internally for your own hiring but may not resell or republish them.

We take reasonable care in assessing and referencing candidates, but hiring decisions are yours. Our total liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
