Founding Product Leader
Eico — training a model built for company creation · 10 employees · $30M raised
About the role
Eico believes the next generation of AI systems should be measured by what they can create in markets. Eico is training a model built for company creation and revenue generation — systems that find demand, acquire customers, deliver products and services, and turn capital into revenue, with every step verified in the real world. Founded 2026, 10 employees, $30M raised, backed by top VCs.
We're looking for a Founding Product Leader to take ownership of Acoco — an autonomous company builder — from early beta to a real, funded business. This is a high-autonomy, high-ownership role ideal for a senior PM or failed founder who thrives in ambiguity and wants to shape a brand-new category of AI product from the ground up. You are the product team, not a PM who hires PMs and delegates.
The company is building a small, elite technical team to train, evaluate, and deploy agent systems that can survive contact with real markets — looking for researchers who can ship, engineers who can think from first principles, and founding technical leaders.
Remote, continental US — NYC or SF preferred, shared office space available in NYC. Open to visa transfers (OPT, H1B); no new sponsorship.
What you will own
- Own end-to-end product direction for Acoco — defining what to build, why, and for whom based on real user data from hundreds of beta testers
- Drive consumer go-to-market: understand users, segment them, and make the product experience delightful end-to-end
- Pitch investors and help close the company's funding round alongside the founders
- Source and close early partnerships and BD deals that expand distribution and revenue
- Work hands-on in the weeds daily — you are the product team
