About the role

Roger Healthcare is an AI-native platform for home health care. Its flagship product, Roger Docs, lets clinicians complete OASIS assessments and routine documentation in minutes instead of hours, and the company is replacing 1990s-era legacy systems with one platform for the administrative work of home health. Founded in 2023 by AI researchers from Cornell and Amazon Alexa, it is used by 300+ home health agencies and backed by SignalFire and SkyDeck Berkeley ($29M raised).

This is one of Roger's first product hires. You'll spend roughly half your time with customers — shadowing home health teams across intake, scheduling, billing and documentation — and half with the engineering team, turning what you learn into scalable features and new 0-to-1 products, and owning metrics like adoption, usage, NPS and time saved.

Hybrid, three days a week in San Francisco, with about 1% travel.

What you will own

  • Talk with and shadow home health customers across intake, scheduling, billing and documentation to find the real pain points
  • Build quick prototypes (with tools like Claude), demo them, run walkthroughs with customers and iterate on the feedback
  • Spend at least half your time with engineering, from customer insight through build review
  • Turn single-customer requests into scalable features, including new 0-to-1 products and core platform improvements
  • Own metrics such as adoption, usage, NPS and time saved, and report what you learn to the founders weekly
