Hightouch — the composable customer data platform · ~580 employees · $332M raised

Remote — United States or CanadaFull-time · Remote (US or Canada)$200K – $300K USD base + $200K bonus

About the role

Hightouch offers a composable customer data platform and an agentic marketing platform: companies activate the data in their own warehouse, and AI Decisioning lets marketers set goals and guardrails for AI agents that personalize customer interactions. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in San Francisco, it has about 580 employees and has raised $332M from investors including Goldman Sachs, Sapphire Ventures, ICONIQ, Bain Capital Ventures, Amplify Partners and Y Combinator. Revenue and headcount have roughly doubled each year.

This is an Engineering Manager seat for the Destinations team. Hightouch wants an early manager — a team lead or early EM with one to four years of management experience — who stays a player-coach: hands-on with their engineers, energized by fast shipping cycles and small, tactile projects, and comfortable working directly with customers.

Why Hightouch: it sits at the intersection of two big tailwinds — agentic AI and cloud data warehouse adoption — and its customer list includes Spotify, Domino's, Ramp, Chime, Whoop, Grammarly and various top AI startups.

Fully remote across the US and Canada.
