Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 8+ years of experience to own and improve the full-stack platform powering this AI-driven market research. You'll join an 8-person team built by former leaders from Palantir and The Harris Poll, where your work has a direct line to real business outcomes. The role is roughly 60% front-end (React/TypeScript) and 40% back-end (PostgreSQL), focused on improving existing systems rather than building from scratch. You must be an expert at leveraging AI agents to create, test, and maintain high-quality software, and capable of building modern AI agents yourself.

This is a high-ownership role — you'll act as a PM as much as an engineer, defining requirements directly with non-technical stakeholders, iterating with real users, and shipping features end-to-end. The team is small and fast-moving, and your work stays close to the customer and the outcome, not just the ticket.
