Founding Engineer

Resfi AI is building the first truly agentic neobank: a customer advocate that doesn't just advise but implements the advice automatically, helping consumers pay down debt faster and optimize their cash flow with AI and behavioral finance. The founder, Asheet Mehta, was previously a Senior Partner at McKinsey and Co-Head of its Global Financial Services Practice.

This is the first technical hire, at a pre-product company: you'll build the AI-native neobank from the ground up and own the architecture, the stack and every technical decision as the company goes from prototype to MVP launch. They want strong 0-to-1 experience, a preference for fintech or regulated domains and the ability to ship production systems that handle real money movement. There's a clear path to technical leadership as the team grows.
